IT Service Desk Representative

Answer phones, remote support sessions, and work with walk in clients to help resolve technical issues or escalate tickets to other teams.The Student Service Desk Representative work at the Service Desk located in the Drake Memorial Library. This position may require working evenings or weekends, schedule permitting, and reports to the IT Service Desk Manager.

Student Desktop Support Technicians

In person hardware and software support for Brockport owned computer equipment. This includes both PC and MAC support. 

Academic Technology and Event Support (ATES)

Assisting with projectors, classrooms, and AV equipment. This positions also assists with occasional event technology set up. 

Lab Administrator Assistant

Assist the labs administrator with maintaining computer equipment, software, and supplies in campus computer labs.

Student IT Systems and Network Associate

Provides wired and wireless network support for the entire campus and assists the BITS infrastructure team with various projects throughout the year.

Brockport Downtown (Downtown Rochester)

Classroom technology support, walk in support, lab computers and printing. Saturday availability necessary.

Technical Communications Assistant

Assist with technical documentation for knowledge base article management and creating promotional materials for the department.

Student IT Security Analyst

Researches and investigates cybersecurity issues, prepares awareness training, provides reports and briefings to BITS personnel.
