MachForm upgrades in process to resolve slowness 

MachForm is running extremely slow. Users will experience unusually long wait times to login, load, or submit forms. LITS and the Web Team are moving MachForm to a new server and updating it from version 4 to version 12, but this work is taking longer than anticipated.   Thank you for your patience.
