Lab Support
Monitoring computers, printers and supplies in a lab (Federal Work Study Award Required)
IT Service Desk Representative
Answer phones, remote support sessions, and work with walk in clients to help resolve technical issues or escalate tickets to other teams.The Student Service Desk Representative may work at the Service Desk in Edwards hall or at the Walk-Up Service Desk in the Drake Library. This position may require working evenings or weekends, schedule permitting, and reports to the IT Service Desk Manager. (Federal Work Study NOT Required)
Student Desktop Support Technicians
In person hardware and software support for Brockport owned computer equipment. This includes both PC and MAC support.
Academic Technology and Event Support (ATES)
Assisting with projectors, classroom, and AV equipment. This positions also assists with occasional event technology set up.
Lab administrator Assistant
Assist the labs administrator with maintaining computer equipment, software, and supplies in campus computer labs.
Network Services Support Assistant
Assist networking staff with various network related projects to improve the campus wired and wireless networks.
Brockport Downtown (Downtown Rochester)
Classroom technology support, walkup support, lab computers and printing, Saturday availability necessary.
Student IT Systems and Network Associate
Provides wired and wireless network support for the entire campus and assists the BITS infrastructure team with various projects throughout the year.
Technical Communications Assistant
Assist with technical documentation for knowledge base article management and creating promotional materials for the department.
