Service Description
Office 365 is the official email system for faculty, staff, and students at The College. The Office 365 email platform allows for members of the campus community to communicate using a trusted service for official campus business.

Features
- Can be used through common web browser (Outlook Web Access)
- A desktop version (Microsoft Outlook) is available for current students and full time faculty / staff
- The Outlook mobile app is available for smart phones and tablets
- Report a problem with your email account
- Shared mailboxes
- Request to remove "message from non-Brockport email server" banner from a recognized Brockport or SUNY system (Requires director approval)
- Request to allow your Brockport recognized system / service emails to not be marked as SPAM or Junk
Service Fulfilment Time
It may take up to five days for an email request to be completed. If it will take longer than five days to complete your request, a member of our team will contact you.
