Service Description
BITS provides the support an infrastructure for the wired and wireless networks for student use in the Residence Halls (ResNet). This service is used to report issues or request assistance with connecting to the residence hall wired or wireless networks.
You can also get assistance by phone at 585-395-5151 Option 3 for the ResNet team.
