Request to Retain Brockport Email Address

Service Description

This form can be used to request a retiree or emeriti email account as well as to request an extension to your Brockport account access for a special need as outlined in the Retention of IT Privileges Policy

This request form can also be used if you have recently received an email notification that your SUNY Brockport email account will be removed in the near future. If you believe you are eligible for a Brockport email and believe this notification was a mistake, please fill out this request form.
