Request to Retain Brockport Email Address

Service Description

This form allows retirees and emeriti to request/review eligibility for a email account. If you are a classified service employee retiring from one of the following negotiating units—02, 03, 06, 21, or 31—you may use this form to submit your request. Additionally, if you are a UUP or M/C retiree from negotiating units 08 or 13 and have received an account deletion notification, you may also use this form to request assistance in verifying your Emeritus status.

If you are an active Student or Alumni and recently received an email notification stating that your SUNY Brockport email account will soon be removed but believe this is a mistake, this form may be used to confirm your status. 

If you are not a current Student, Faculty, Staff, or Volunteer, you may use this request form to apply for an extension of your Brockport account access due to a special need, as outlined in the Retention of IT Privileges Policy
