Service Description
The College at Brockport uses a Cisco based VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system. Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) is a system that assists with incoming calls. The system answers and routes the calls to agents. If there are no agents available, the calls are placed in an ACD queue. Telecommunications can assist you with changes to ACDs and queues.
