SUNY Brockport uses a Cisco based VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system, for our campus telephone service. Please use this form to request changes in phone features, notify BITS of phone moves, or report an issue with your phone.

Features
- Add features to an existing phone such as, call forwarding to an on campus number, call pick up, or speed dial options
- Phone moves
- Update a phone display name
- Report a problem with an office phone
E911 Emergency Notification - Moving Phones
In order to ensure prompt 911 responses, you must notify BITS when you move a campus phone to a new location to ensure the E911 information is updated. Failure to notify BITS of a phone move could result in emergency response to the wrong location.
